Presentation
Today my group and I gave our presentation..I think it went pretty well considering everything that happened with it. We had many group meetings and people would not show or someone would have no clue what they were supposed to do and it got very annoying. I did not want to take charge of the group but I kind of had too. We forgot to have the timer on the power point slides but before we did we fixed it. Other groups went too and i think they did very well. We never quite practiced ours so it did not flow as well as it could have but oh well. We met twice because our first meeting was rather pointless but at least it got finished. The part about our surveys could have been better but we did not get a ton of responses like i wish we had.

Part of the point of this assignment is to give you experience producing a project that requires a collaborative effort. Things always go wrong with budgets, technology, and time--but the most challenging aspect of group projects is people, as you discovered. I think what you learned about surveys is valuable too, as you and Josh pointed out in class: You might have gotten more responses with a survey at the point of eating, so to speak. On the other hand, you might have run into issues with needing to get permission to distribute surveys on campus property (unless you simply surveyed your friends).
